The Olympic Games concept is thematic and interdisciplinary. The curriculum guide provides flexible plans addressing the California State Education Framework for Grades 3, 4 and 5 in Language Arts, Social Studies and Geography, Mathematics and Science, and Physical Education and Health. (Note: Recurring titles have different lesson plans for each section.) The teacher's lesson guides and reproducible masters of classroom materials in PDF format.
